Me. Kenneth S. Adessky is the founding partner of Adessky Attorneys. As a member of the Quebec Bar for over 25 years, he specializes in corporate and commercial law, with experience in a wide array of related fields, including litigation, contracts, real estate and financing, business planning, incorporations, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and securities.
Since 1996, he has devoted much of his law practice and skills to the development of small-cap public companies. Me. Adessky has worked with leading Wall Street & Bay Street firms in overseeing mergers and financing. Working in Canada, the US, the UK and China, he acted as counsel or principal on the merger and acquisition of over a dozen entities, with market capitalizations in excess of $500 Million.
In addition to his legal practice, Me. Adessky is a seasoned executive. He was a Founder, CFO and Director of Global Clean Energy, an alternative energy development company specializing in modular waste-to-fuel projects. He also served as legal counsel and senior consultant to Beyond the Rack, the premier Canadian pioneer in the emerging e-commerce sector. In 7 years, Beyond the Rack grew to sales of $140M per year with over 400 employees, and raised over $80 Million, partly due to Me. Adessky’s guidance and advice.
